I am a qualified nutritionist with a passion for sustainable and holistic health. I like to help my clients learn about food and nutrition and the impact of what you eat has on your physical, mental and emotional health. By helping you understand what and how to eat I hope to set you up with the knowledge needed to live a healthier lifestyle and ditch any unsustainable/temporary dieting. I like to move the focus of health from solely weight and numbers to health as a whole, focusing on providing your body with the nutrients it needs to help you thrive. Once you are getting the right nutrients and energy in your body, other goals should naturally follow.


I believe everyone has different needs and preferences when it comes to their nutrition, and not one solution fits all. I aim to help you achieve your health goals in a way that is personally tailored to suit you and your lifestyle. To do this I will gather information about your current lifestyle and eating habits and work with you to help you understand how to make the appropriate improvements.
